Do I need to connect an API or a monitoring URL?
No. Create a component, choose its status and publish. Monitoring is an optional extra for teams who want to automate status changes.
Are uptime percentages real?
Always. Uptime is only displayed for monitored components and computed from real checks. Manual components show “Manual status”, never invented numbers.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Point a CNAME record to our servers and we verify it automatically.
Can I keep a page private?
Yes. Private pages require a password and are never indexed by search engines.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: one status page, five components and three monitors, free forever.
